Provide HR leadership for the non-platform teams in the Marketing function. This individual will partner with the appropriate Marketing SLT members, managers and their teams to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives to achieve organizational effectiveness.
Partner with SLT members to develop strategy/execution plans related to all people matters in their areas of responsibility.
Act as executive coach for senior leaders and managers in client group.
Provide leadership for the development and execution of organization vision and structure including; development and execution of a communication plans to ensure that effective two-way communication takes place
Lead client organization in the development of the annual reviews, organization structure development, job design, staffing, compensation, and organization change / effectiveness
